The Monday relaxation sessions are such a good way to unwind, I almost fell asleep during one of the relaxation exercises I was so calm! The class was very friendly and welcoming, and offered just what I needed due to having many complications with my pregnancy and needing to find extra ways to relax. I will definitely be joining again. And if that wasn’t enough, the sessions are FREE! I’d highly recommend giving it a try.
