Extremely stressful experience i am trading a funded account for about two weeks now. I have made $7030 profit in 10 days, and all the sudden I was disconected and its fourth day, I could not connect to my account. I have sent them all the info about 6 times, but still no help. They are asking the same again and again, but no resolution to my account. I suppose they do this intentiinally so i dont get the payout

Traders should also note that Blue Guardian Futures enforces a maximum allowable loss based on the high water mark of your end of day balance. This rule is not clearly explained on the main page, and you have to dig through the help section to find it. I overlooked this, which caused issues for me.
Support is available 24/7, but response times can still take around an hour.
Overall, it’s not a bad platform, but the high water mark rule should be explained much more clearly on the main page. Additionally, I received conflicting information from support one representative confirmed my account would be reactivated, while another said it would not. After reading reviews they've also denied payouts and banned traders off discord. That's a big red flag. Because of this inconsistency, I will likely stick with Topstep and Apex instead.
I passed my challenge 28 days ago and still have not received my funded account.
I completed KYC using the company’s link, yet I was later told it was incomplete.
My passed account was marked as “breached” without explanation, and a new account was added instead.
I purchased over 10 accounts. This was my first success, and the lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable
Update: After 28 days of waiting and no clear responses, my funded account was finally activated.
The issue is resolved now, but it only happened after posting this review.

You guys at Blue Guardian Futures are scammers. Last Thursday I passed the 50k test and I still haven't received my credentials. Yesterday I received an email from you saying that my account might be lost due to inactivity. Of course, you blocked my access to my account. I want my money back, you sons of b*tches.
So far my experience with blue guardian futures has been great, mainly from the support side of things as I notice support members are prompt in answering tickets and will genuinely waste no time in resolving or explaining any known issues. In my case I had 2 accounts wrongly breached for inactivity. After explaining my case with evidence Azher managed to resolve this issue and reinstate these accounts. Great and honest customer service as a result I will continue to trade with this firm.
This is the worst futures trading platform I've encountered. Initially, my account was wiped out despite having sufficient funds for trading. Furthermore, the support team took over 48 hours to respond, and I still haven't heard back. To top it off, I'm unable to cancel my subscription. It's a dreadful platform and the experience has been incredibly frustrating.

I followed up daily for two weeks, but received no response. In an attempt to seek clarification, I brought up the issue publicly in the support channel, only to be timed out by the team instead of receiving assistance. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. The lack of communication about payouts and the silencing of users asking valid questions severely undermines trust in this service.

The team communicated clearly throughout the process, making it much smoother than I anticipated. I genuinely appreciate the support and would recommend this service to anyone seeking dependable funding.
This was one of my initial encounters with the service, and unfortunately, my accounts were compromised due to the alleged daily loss limit, which I never actually reached according to my dashboard. The support team took over 90 hours just to suggest, "that might have been due to the volume." It's quite frustrating.
