Review Time
All the items I purchased do not look at all like the photos that represent them.. and trying to talk to the company about it all they offer is a coupon to purchase more clothing that is of poor quality.. I don't mean to be rude but I'm not happy at all with the result and the money I have spent.
I'm sick and tired of ordering clothing online and when you're not happy with the quality and the quality is very poor, there's no recourse for me
CAUTION TO BUYERS!! After 3 weeks, my item finally arrived in Australia - made in China and shipped from CHINA! The color is completely inaccurate, not at all like the picture. The fabric is of poor and cheap quality. The size is also inaccurate and runs very small. I requested a full refund, but the company informed me it would cost 35 EURO (AUD $61) to return it to their ‘international’ warehouse - what a rip-off! The item is probably worth about $5-10 considering its quality! Why the EURO cost when it shipped from China to Australia? They instead offered me a discount to purchase another item in a different fabric! Who would trust this company to get it right? Proceed at your own risk!
AVOID THIS PLACE!! Very poor quality. Products do not match the advertisements, and the colors are off from the pictures. All fabrics are synthetic. My inquiries about support for certain projects have been ignored. This is false advertising. Products have been returned and accepted, yet I received NO REFUND at all. It’s all a 100% SCAM, AVOID and report. I've filed a report for fraud.
If I could rate lower, I would. I’m furious with myself for not checking reviews before ordering, which I usually do, but not this time. The quality is revolting, materials that I wouldn’t find on a budget site for $3. I have no hope for a return based on the reviews. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Furious 😡
Regretful decision! I was misled by the company name and thought it was US-based! I usually check reviews but overlooked this time. The photos are very deceptive (ordered a sweater in a light sand color, and it arrived brown; also, the print was a cheap iron-on transfer, and it is a sweatshirt - not a sweater!). Customer service is terrible! I placed my order on 12/9 and received it on 12/31, after being told it would take 7-12 days with a $4.99 shipping fee. I might get a refund if I return the sweater at my expense and they approve it. After numerous emails trying to return it, I doubt they will acknowledge receipt or refund. The only offer I received was a discount coupon to buy more of their products! TERRIBLE SERVICE! AVOID!
First, I ordered on 12/1 and didn’t receive it until 12/30. It was advertised as 7-12 business days. I learned they were coming from China and expected low quality, which is exactly what I got. I missed Christmas because of this delay and had to purchase new presents. The items arrived today, and they are of very poor quality. I also had to pay an additional shipping fee ($11) upon delivery. I should have just told the postman to take it back.
