I’ve been using Whop for some time now, and I must say it’s a very convenient platform for managing online subscriptions and running a business efficiently. The interface is intuitive, and the tools provided make handling payments, subscriptions, and customer interactions straightforward.

Special thanks to Lauren and Adam from the support team — their responsiveness and professionalism have made my experience much smoother. It’s clear that Whop values its users and supports businesses in a practical and friendly way.

Overall, I highly recommend Whop as a reliable platform for business management.

I explained in detail my situation and Kylee was very helpful. When I showed her what I was doing she sent me back screen shot directions and I was able to move thru the directions smoothly. Also made sure I was back into both Discords that I needed back into. Great experience as I'm not computer savvy at all. Thanks again

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience has been extremely concerning.

My account has been suspended multiple times. Each time, I provided all requested documentation and proof. However, shortly after requesting a payout, my account would be suspended again under a different reason.

First it was one allegation. Then another. Most recently, “payment risk” and “suspicious activity” without clearly identifying which transaction was problematic.

I sell digital trading education products. I do not sell IPTV or any prohibited services.

Funds are being held for 90 days, and there has been no clear, transparent explanation of what specifically triggered these suspensions.

If you are a creator considering this platform, understand that your account can be flagged and your funds frozen without detailed justification.

I am fully willing to comply with policies. What I am asking for is transparency, consistency, and fair treatment.

Very disappointing experience.

This platform is absolutely terrible. I was having some issues sending and receiving invoices with my long-standing PayPal account so I figured I'd give WHOP a try. I saw some good advertisements and good reviews about them so I decided to give them shot. What a mistake! These people are outrageous with fees. Then after I received the payment they put a reserve on my account so I could not withdraw my money. Saying that there was suspicious activity on my account for which they did not provide an explanation or a remedy. They just told me I had to wait 120 days to withdraw my money because that's standard practice. So don't create an account with these people, don't give them your money. Don't send your clients any payment links from these people because they will hold your money hostage and they won't tell you why. Total horse crap. These people are insane and I've been trying to figure out how to get my money off of their platform for an entire week now and I decided I'm just going to go ahead and refund the client. Can't do that either! They didn't want to refund the full $25 that the client sent, they only wanted the refund a partial amount of $11.22 this is absolute horse shiet. So,I figured let me try and withdraw the money via Bitcoin. Well, that didn't work either because they wanted to charge me $11 in Bitcoin fees to withdrawal $23 of my own money, of which they already took $2.50 to process the payment. So it would cost me $11 and change to transfer $23.50 to which I would only receive like $13 or $14. This is insane. Not even PayPal charges that much for such a small amount. I'm really lucky that I didn't send my usual $4,000 - $6,000 invoices out because that would've just be an absolute nightmare scenario trying to retrieve. These people are criminals, crooks or thieves. They will rape you with fees and then hold your money hostage and not tell you what you did wrong. They'll accuse you of suspicious activity for simply sending and collecting a simple 20 dollar invoice. Don't waste your time with them. They gave me a hard time processing my payment with fees, they won't let me transfer it without taking half in fees, they block my transfer to bank account with reserve status, they want an irrational 4 months to give me access to this tiny amount of money, they disable transfers for no reason, they don't tell you how to fix anything, they hold your money hostage making false allegations about suspicious activity, they charge ridiculous amounts in fees, then when I tried to issue a refund they took out more fees so now my account is in the negative to which they want more money in fees. Unbelievable. The first experience with them and they have left thee absolute WORST taste in my mouth.

They eventually did process the refund but now my account is in the negative so I gotta go and find more money to send to them for doing absolutely nothing but holding up my money and wasting my time. Avoid them at all cost. Total waste of time and money.

I made a mistake and didn’t realize when I signed up that auto renewal was initiated. When it came up for renewal, I was charged. Through the cancellation process, Whop was kind and provided my refund. I used the signals for a good while and made some good profits. My trading style has changed and I’m looking for set ups that are longer with fewer trades. Thanks, Chris

Launched a SAAS for the first time ever, used their checkout service, Asked them 2 times if I was compliant with their TOS and if everything seemed fine, their support said yes, My SAAS grew to 10 paying users, they held my funds for 120 days, after talking to the support team 3 times, they did a re-evaluation and released the funds and said everything was good to go, 4 days later they suspended my account when I requested a withdrawal. Do not use this company ever.

Absolutely crazy "out of nowhere" shutdown from whop ??!!

Never in my life have I tried something like this.

Had a thorough walkthrough of our business in whop by the whop team. After getting the green light, we started building for almost a month.

Out of nowhere we get shut down, withour further notice on Why, og without any possibility for at further dialogue on whats going on.

We have litterely wasted thousands and thousands of dollars bulid this - an countless hours. Such a disaster - They wont go into dialogue with us ????

Only info i recieve is that the desicion is final, and they have no further comments.

Stay far far away from Whop - what a disaster.

Answer to Whop:

It most surdently was a sudden decision from our end - Absolutely no warning, or communication from your end on this matter?

Being totaly ignorred while asking what was going - you reply with: Nothing we can do - we are closing this conversation - have a nice day.

How in the world can we apply to your terms when you dont want to share what issue we are talking about - You dont give us a chance to change the busines model, so that we can proceed.

The answer you provide here is by far the most detailed answer we have gotten from you so far - of course because you want to seem professional from the outside. But its a completely different story on the internal matter.

Its completely outrages and fake !

You should be ashamed

Pleased that Whop investigated a gross exaggeration of a product that I purchased. The $79 lamp was advertised as “a unique, handcrafted, artisan” lamp sold behind a sham story of a husband and wife team handcrafting these beautiful products. What I got was a cheap plastic, mass produced usb plug lamp that I wouldn’t pay $5 for. Grateful for the refund! Glad consumers have this safeguard against immoral sellers.
