Got the order for a gift. Don't know what happened guess shit shrunk in delivery for the price could do better on cuts. What the hell is with the wine voucher? Got a 130 dollar voucher then wants a $120 bucks something something jack up. Money already spent should have paid for that a rip off I'm. Damn sure let the BBB Know about the bait an switch.yall a very disappointed rip off.
This is the third time my order came delivered thawed. This is becoming a normal thing. Is there a certain day which I should put in my order so that it is out the door quickly and doesn't sit around around for a week? Can I pay more for a quicker delivery? What is going on at your company?
I really enjoy this product primarily because my grandkids look forward to the best home-cooked meals. Additionally, the convenience of having food ready in the fridge is a huge plus. The quality is impressive; the meats are always delicious. And I can't forget the potatoes—they're my favorite! The apple tarts are absolutely amazing; in fact, I've got some baking right now. I highly recommend getting a box for yourself and a loved one; it will definitely be appreciated. Thank you to the company!
An order that was originally set for delivery on 12/17 was pushed back to 12/31. I couldn't verify the delivery status online, so I reached out to the support team three times. I was put on hold once and then disconnected. The other two times, I opted for a callback that was promised within 4 to 6 hours, but I never received a call. I also sent two emails through the contact page but got no response. The customer service from the company is not just bad; it's completely absent. I will not be placing another order.
While we have always appreciated their filet mignon, our last two orders in 2025 were disappointing. The recent changes to their shipping containers are making us reconsider our loyalty. On two occasions, the boxes arrived without ice and were leaking from the bottom. The product was warm and thawed, forcing us to discard everything. It's unfortunate. The first time this occurred, a management representative reached out to address the issue and tried to ensure that ice would be included in future shipments. However, I'm left wondering why they switched from styrofoam. Was it to cut costs? In my view, it was a poor choice.
I'm extremely frustrated with the service provided. I signed up for a free trial and called to cancel, and they assured me it would be taken care of. However, just three days later, I was charged $80. When I contacted them for a refund, they stated they couldn't issue one... They assured me it was cancelled and then charged me! I was planning to spend a good amount on some steaks for a gathering, but now I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. This is completely unacceptable.
This is my third attempt to reach out regarding an issue. I've sent multiple emails (8) and made numerous phone calls, but have received no response. They seem to have an automated reply on a review platform to give the impression that they care, yet my messages go unanswered. I followed the instructions to contact the email provided here, but still no reply. After posting a less than favorable review, I was asked to message them for details, but again, no acknowledgment of my previous attempts. It's disappointing to see them active on social media while ignoring customer support inquiries. Extremely frustrating experience overall.
I placed two orders on December 16, with the initial delivery date set for December 19, but then it was postponed to December 30—far too late for Christmas. Now it's January 2. Both items were intended as Christmas gifts, and I now have to send one separately since my daughter has already returned home. I am extremely disappointed! I also attempted to reach out to the support team three times without success.
I placed a $335 order weeks ago for delivery on 12/30. Four of the six items arrived on time and in excellent condition. The company seemed pleased with their ability to "complete my order." However, they failed to include the $250 prime rib and the $25 bread pudding. After several hours on hold, they issued a refund for the missing items, leaving me just 24 hours to figure out an alternative for my NYE dinner guests. They mentioned they could fulfill the order by 1/5/26. Shaking my head.
I rate it a 3 because the steaks are excellent, but the prepared meals are really poor. The chicken and dumplings and the chicken orzo were both unappetizing. Even a frozen chicken pot pie tastes better. They were just a confusing mix of flavors. I strongly recommend discontinuing these options. The steaks could easily earn a 5-star rating, but these meals drag it down to a 3.
