I've been trying to log in to the portal for over six months to change my address and make extra payments.I reached out to BMG numerous times to resolve the issue they haven't fixed the problem.I should not be liable for additional interest if BMG is not allowing me to log on. I reached chat asking for a Manager still haven't received a callback yet.

instead of being an honest and saying that y’all do not want you do the alignment program anymore you lied to your customers, then instead of being honest and telling them calling them and let them know that you’re changing your policies you lie and say that you’re going to send emails when that at the last of the minute instead of being upfront with the changes that you’re doing then you go up on the interest

I have spoke with this company numerous times since 121225 with them giving me the run around, miscommunication, being told wrong & different information every time. I want to cancel & delete All my applications. I do not want to do business with this company at all. I have notified them several times since Dec. 2025. I have 2 login accounts. The first one was back in 2024 when I first found out about them through my husband. At the time when I created my account my current job was not listed. So as time when on their system change and I couldn’t never get back into their system so I created a new account to see if my job was on the list and they still was not until I finally look back into their system on 12/12 & there my job was listed. To add my husband could not get back in the system neither to check his acct. or check for refinancing for about a year until yesterday someone finally help him get back into his account. This company is awful. They lie by saying they have to put in a IT ticket several times to get my number remove from the old acct. to the new acct. & I have did everything they ask, even submitted my Verizon bill to show proof that the number belongs to me. Now this morning another rep said I just need a whole new phone# to attach to the newest application the only way I can get through the application and then still it’s not a guarantee for approval. This company is bogus, fake & a scam. Just stop giving folks the run around and be upfront in the beginning. I just want my information removed & I don’t want to ever do business. Last night when logging on the app it automatically said I applied for a new loan and I didn’t I was trying to delete the acct. all together but it said I couldn’t bc I have an active loan which I don’t. I have screenshots to prove it. Now when I log back on after speaking with the rep today it took me all the way back to the intake screen as I assume he deleted the fake application bc I told him I’m reporting it. Warning ‼️ some of the reviews probably fake bc after the gentleman Luis assist my husband with getting him logged back into his account he ask him to give him a good review and sent him the link to trustpilot and we did give him a 4 for finally getting him logged back into his account for about a year now.

The service has been fantastic. I've taken out a few loans and refinanced a couple of times as well. It's incredibly straightforward, and the funds are deducted directly from my paycheck. Their flexibility is a huge advantage when I need it. The representative assisting me was also wonderful.
