Awaiting my refund

The wrong makeup item was sent, and I returned it immediately back in November. I still haven’t received my refund!

Very unsatisfactory customer service

I bought two items and received some free samples. A code was provided for a discount, but it didn’t apply at checkout. I couldn’t find a phone number, so I sent an email. I received a response a day later saying they were busy and would get back to me. Two weeks later, I still haven't heard back. I’ve tried to find a phone number! I won’t be purchasing again due to the poor customer service.

Disappointed with my order status

I placed an order on November 25, and the website shows items as dispatched, but they still haven’t arrived as of December 17. I’ve emailed them twice with no response. I’m considering calling, but I'm not hopeful about getting through...

Is anybody out there? Zero customer service

I ordered over £100 worth of makeup over a month ago, over Black Friday week, and have still not received my items.It appears this is stuck with Royal Mail, but what I am dismayed at is the total absence of customer service at Bobbi Brown. I've tried email and chat and no response. I will not be ordering from Bobbi Brown again.

Customer service shocking

Customer service shocking! ordered 6 items received only 5 items despite despatch note listing all 6 - nothing from Bobbi Brown to suggest that the item is no longer available - still waiting for a response 11 days later!! They have taken the money for all 6 items. Avoid this website order makeup from John Lewis instead who could show this company a thing or two about what good customer service looks like!

DO NOT BUY

I have placed order on 22Nov and on 23rd I received email from UPS saying the order will be deliver to store ready for me to pick up on 24th. However on 24th they saying they unable to deliver it and I wait until 26th and still not been deliver so I contact Bobbie brown customer support on 26th and ask about it, they say the order are actually not been send out but will dispatch for me on 27. I wait until 28th but the tracking still shows is not been dispatch so I again contact their customer support on 28th morning and they claim the order did been dispatch on 27th evening but the tracking may takes 12 hours to be updated and advice me to wait til afternoon to see tracking update. However until 29th morning tracking still shows order not been dispatch. I contact their support again and this time they told me to wait 24-48hours again and this time I refused to wait anymore and the agent offer to resend me the order. Today is 2nd Dec I try to contact them to ask new tracking number but there is no way to found their customer support, I have been try to found an agent on online chat since 11.10 and when finally there is a agent who pick up the chat on 12.24 on the same time the chat shows 'This chat has now automatically closed. Please reconnect if you still need assistance.' So I have no way to to found their support and no idea what happen with my order, the old tracking number still shows order not been dispatch and they don't inform me anything or any confirmation on what they claim have been resend it to me so I don't know what to do

I placed an order & when it arrived…

I placed an order & when it arrived part of the order was missing. The order note said that all my items should be present. I emailed Bobbi brown but received no reply. So 3 days later I telephoned custom service. The lady explained they were unable to complete my order as items had sold out. My annoyance is that I should have been informed of this & my account should not have been charged with an item that I was never going to receive. If I hadn’t chased this up would they just have kept my money?? You would expect a global company to have better systems in place then this.

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered about 150.00 worth of stuff a week and half ago. Have had no confirmation email of my order but money has been taken. Have emailed and had no response, have called 6 times only to be put in a que to then be cut off after around half an hour, have been on the online chat and unless wanting product information I get no interaction! Shocking company and customer service.. how do I explain this to my daughter on Christmas day when the only presents she wanted was this! GUTTED IS NOT THE WORD

I obviously like the makeup

I obviously like the makeup, otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered so much from them. I have never had any issues with my online orders from Bobbi Brown and they also add nice samples.
