Since the company selected the courier, they must face the consequences of the failure. Broken Promise: The promised "8-15 days delivery" was a vital part of the agreement. This failure caused significant stress and additional costs as I had to find last-minute alternatives during a busy period. Misleading Payment Info: The platform advertised PayPal protection, but I was compelled to pay via credit card, which appears to be a strategy to avoid PayPalβs strict buyer protection. Illegal Terms: They are trying to enforce a 10% refund fee for an undelivered item, which constitutes an "abusive clause" and is unlawful under EU regulations.

They do not respond to inquiries. They overcharge for items available elsewhere. If you attempt to cancel an order before shipping, they impose a 10% cancellation fee. There are plenty of other websites offering the same products. I wish I had known earlier. A new site I found is much better.
