I was addicted to a workout program back when it was Beach Body and a faithful shakeology purchaser. When DVDs went out of favor I did the streaming service and then it automatically renewed with NO NOTICE. I called them before the charge even hit my account and like many others, they REFUSED to give a refund. NO other company does that. When I argued they sent a link to file for an exception and guess what - it didn't work. TOTAL SCAM company stealing money from people through auto renew and you can't even speak to someone. It's horrible and a shame bc I like some of their products but will NEVER work with this company again. They purposely avoid letting people out of the subscription. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They went so downhill all to scam more money from people. I guess it's such a terrible company they have to steal from people. When they charge you for something you don't want and you call before the year is implemented and they won't refund it totally STEALING money. The trainers should be ashamed of themselves for letting them get away with it.
