Bodi's spinning selections are getting worse and worse over time. For example, a few years ago they had a great selection of scenic rides, it is now only 7.

Only gave one star because zero was not an option. My wife subscribed to their service, used it a few times and forgot about it. We were billed (automatically) for several renewals without notification and when I finally noticed the most recent charge in my credit card statement, I called the next day to cancel. They agreed to cancel moving forward, but refused to cancel the most recent renewal charge. If this is not illegal, it should be. No company should be permitted to automatically charge a renewal fee without prenotification of the charge if they refuse to cancel the charge within a reasonable time after it was billed. This is a terrible company which would rather force people to pay for a service which they don't want than earn their continued support. Stay away from any dealings with this company or else you may be paying them for the rest of your life.

BODI gave my sister an offer to renew…

BODI gave my sister an offer to renew for $99 dollars and did not offer my the same opportunity. Then when I called and complained the signed me up for a different program with freebies or discounted items I didn't want for $123 dollars but I did it because it was cheaper. All which signing me up without telling me for a shakeology 14 day drink renewal subscription for $66 dollars per month they just charged me and refuse to give my money back. They were unmoved nor remorseful not even an apology for lack of communication even with evidence I gave them and reviewing the conversation. Be very careful with interacting with these grifters.

Zero stars. They are a shady company with poor business values and customer service. They will scam you. Stay away! I signed up for a discounted subscription ($39) in August 2024. With no notice, they just renewed my subscription in August 2025 ($193) They renewed it on a Saturday and when I tried to contact the company to cancel immediately, they were not open on the weekends. On Monday morning when I texted the contact option, I received this reply, “The 31-day Money Back Guarantee (MBG) starts on the initial purchase date(08/23/2024) for digital memberships. Renewals are not eligible for refunds.” so I was supposed to make my decision and cancel the subscription within 31 days of original purchase date. That literally makes no sense! Most businesses will send you an email letting you know of an upcoming renewal to give you the option if you want to cancel or continue. They asked me to fill out a form, but said it’s very rare that they approve a dispute.I will never give them my business again. Please don’t make the mistake I did. Stay far away or you will be locked in at high cost subscriptions!

Stay away!!! Aggressive billing practices!!!

This is a terrible company that people should stay away from at any cost. Support your local gyms and fitness clubs. I signed up for an annual subscription in 2024. Like with most fitness things, I found I wasn’t using it. In August 2025, my digital subscription auto renewed without prior notice. No email notice that this was going to occur, just a charge to my credit card. The day I saw a pending charge on my credit card I went into my BODi account and immediately canceled. Apparently, this wasn’t good enough for BODi and they refuse to credit me back my $179 for an annual subscription ending in August 2026. So I’m stuck with this charge but I will post this experience everywhere I can until their lost revenue far exceeds my $179 subscription cost. Don’t underestimate the power of a consumer. Better Business Bureau, USA.gov, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau & Federal Trade Commission are next up. Enjoy my $179 BODi. I hope it was worth it.

Will today they take out without reminder the membership same everyone here didn't used there members ship for many months and I try get a hold people maybe they know the right number to call or really Number but they gave few number they just ring and hang up. SCAM, do NOT sign up for this

SCAM. DO NOT USE. Impossible to cancel and they make their money on tricking people into registering and then being charged. Tried to cancel and same as others they only notify you after the annual charge. Stay away for your own good.

Terrible customer service

I used this service for many years. This year, I missed the email that I would be charged again. Three days after being charged, I called and requested a refund and cancellation of my plan. I was able to cancel the plan, and I expressed that I have not used the account in over 6 months, as it didn’t suit my needs anymore. I asked for a refund of the $180 that I was charged. They denied my request and refused to refund me, even though I contacted them within days of being charged and saw that I hadn’t used the account.This is incredibly frustrating and seems highly unfair to keep my money when I will not and have not been using the services.I will not recommend this company to anyone due to the terrible customer service.

POOR customer service

POOR customer service! After having money taken from my account and no prior notification I was told that I would not receive a refund. Terrible attitude from the customer service team. Not acceptable and I would like my money back! DO NOT USE!

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! They get you with a low price and auto renew at double and then refuse to refund your money when you don't want their product. They are thieves and I would advise anyone to run as you can find just as good a video on YouTube! I wish I could give less stars!!
