We purchased an I5 for precision work. The initial tech/trainer that was sent lacked in the ability to do his job. He showed without his own tools and put us in the position to have to purchase items in order for him to do his job. We had to arrange for another technician to come in and do the training we were looking for in order to accomplish what we needed. Richard showed up and we were extremely pleased. Very professional attitude and demeanor. He put the control in our hands. We were able to do more of a hands on training as he explained what and how we should be doing things. We covered our concerns in a short amount of time with Richard. It allowed us to cover more things that weren’t on the top of our list. It was a pleasure working with Richard.
Apparently it is an excellent machine, the quality of the spares surprised me. The quality of the preparation for shipping the equipment also surprised me. The installation is greatly simplified and reliable. Bodor sent us a friendly mechanic, Mr Khanh, who performed all the initial operating procedures and properly taught me how to use the equipment. We are about to use the machine for commercial purposes and we are very optimistic about it. I am still not sure what our future relationship will be about equipment maintenance and difficulties that may occur. But overall, we are very pleased with the equipment. My compliments also go to the engineer.
