From Setup to explaining how the machine worked Bodor has been very helpful throughout the whole process and very accommodating to whatever request we had.
Laser went together well. Allen and james were both very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped get all or the machine parameters right and set things up. The interface on the laser seems to work well and is very user friendly. The training was straightforward and easy to follow.
We have three BODOR machines, and another 12kw machine was delivered today. With the help of ZHAN, we have installed and adjusted the cutting parameters quickly. The high power cutting speed is faster, the cutting thickness is higher and the cutting quality is better. Nice machine.
