Review Time
The rug I received doesn't match the colours shown on the website. Unfortunately I wasn't sent photos of the rug prior to shipment as was expected, which would have avoided the present situation. I asked to return the rug. However I'm now told it's not possible as "the rug has been used". This claim in entirety false as the rug was put down in the room for one hour, with no one treading on it, and then stored in a guest room.
When asking an explanation for this claim, and the fact that not photos where sent prior to shipment I am met with silence.
I now have a 700€ rug which I cannot use and can't return. I feel cheated and do not recommend this company
I ordered and received two stunning 8x10 rugs in September. I kept them rolled up during renovations until this week when the work was finished. I finally laid them out on Friday, and I couldn't be happier. The owner was quick to respond to all my inquiries. I would definitely recommend this shop.

When my rug arrived, it was quite large when rolled up. I thought I ordered a different size. Once unrolled, it was the perfect size and incredibly plush! Exquisitely crafted with excellent communication from the seller. Don't hesitate if you find something you love.
These rugs are of exceptional quality, and for the price, it's an amazing deal. The weight and texture are unlike any mass-produced rug. The owner is honest and responsive. There was a minor issue with my order, but the owner quickly resolved it. I am in the process of ordering another rug from them.
