I paid for a replacement boiler, but they kept rescheduling the installation. I lost patience and decided to cancel, but they refused to issue a refund, which forced me to escalate the matter with the payment service. Eventually, I managed to recover my money through them despite their attempts to hinder the process.
I acquired a boiler and their service plan in July 2024. However, they failed to provide any service, and in October, I received a message stating that due to high demand, they wouldn't be able to schedule a routine service until at least 2026, which voids the warranty!
Honestly, the boiler installation went well, but I've been paying monthly for an annual service plan. Now that my service is due, I haven't heard from them at all. I've tried reaching out with no response. I found out they might be permanently closed and noticed that many others have had similar experiences. Stay away from this service! Now I have to pay a gas engineer to service my boiler. The government website claims they're still operating, so I'm confused about the situation.
This organization behaves like a scam. They contact you for bank details under the pretense of checking your funds, but then they take money without your consent. That's theft. They take your payment and fail to deliver the service. For anyone worried about this, you can reclaim your money through your bank's chargeback service. It's misleading for them to claim they install boilers when they clearly lack the capacity to do so. The office staff just mislead you, and you won't get your money back easily; you’ll have to go through your bank.
I've held a boiler cover plan for nearly a year. Initially, everything was fine until a leak occurred. They didn't honor their promise for a service; the engineer never showed up, and there was no communication. Thankfully, I managed to get my boiler serviced after informing them I wouldn't renew. After reading negative reviews online, I decided against renewing my plan. I've emailed them to confirm my cancellation, but no one answers unless you're looking to install a new boiler. I've also canceled my direct debit to stop them from collecting future payments.
I am unable to contact them! Their website is inaccessible, and despite having a boiler plan, I can't reach them for service arrangements. I’ve sent numerous emails with no response. After reading reviews, I realize they cannot be trusted! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
Please avoid this service. My experience was terrible, but this situation is the worst. A neighbor informed me that during their boiler service, the technician noticed my boiler's flue was leaking acidic water down the building, potentially damaging both properties. They need to fix this during my next service or it could cause serious issues.
I paid this service £2250 for a boiler, but they didn't show up on the scheduled installation day and are unresponsive to calls or emails. Their social media now links to a different boiler company. They feel like fraudsters to me; they have my money, and I have received nothing in return and can't reach them.
this company took my £500 deposit and disappeared.my concern really here is that How the government let these scammers fool the people? as i am sure people have sued this company so many times. 2nd Has anyone got his/her deposit back? if yes please share How.Thank you.
