A fantastic experience - The Boiler Team

I am very pleased with The Boiler Team. From the moment I called them for a quote, they were terrific. Paul came to my house, assessed my old boiler and recommended a new boiler. He explained why and he also explained all the work that needed doing. Paul then gave me a very competitive quote which included all the work required and the disposal of my old boiler.Martyn, the installer, came promptly at the agreed time and carried out all the work, explaining at every point the work that was needed. He was knowledgeable, quiet and very clean. Once the boiler was installed, Martyn showed me how everything worked. He was well mannered, polite and didn't waste time to fit everything in.This was the best experience of people working in my house I have ever had. I can't recommend the Boiler Team enough.Thank you, guys.

Amazing quality and service.

From the first meeting to the completion of our boiler replacement, the Boiler Team. As usual, the boiler always chooses to go when you need it most. Paul called in, gave us an immediate quotation and we were on our way to getting a new boiler fitted. Collin called a few days later and within 2 days we had heating and hot water once more. Very good service and great friendly characters. We would recommend them to anyone wanting a good, competitively priced job done.

I can't recommend this company highly…

I can't recommend this company highly enough. Our old back boiler finally gave out and, without any experience of choosing a new boiler, I put my trust in a lovely, down to earth man on the phone, who reassured me that the company could help us. This is exactly what they did.Despite the pipes in our place being totally out-dated, there was no problem that they couldn't fix. A two-day job took a total of three days, with far more work being done than anyone had expected. There was no mention of me paying an extra penny for it - they said they would not leave us until it was fixed. When they did leave, the house was put back as they'd found it and all we had to do was mop a few floors. I'd expected carnage, but got the absolute opposite.Lovely men - warm, friendly and polite. Seriously, if, like we were, you are cold and anxious (or just unsure about where to start) then you're sorted if you take this advice.Best of luck - you won't need it, I promise!Big thanks to Paul, Martin, John and Paul :)

100% Recommendations, Excellent

Paul came to my house to give a quote. I had had 2 other quotes, each suggesting how to solve issues with changing from a System to Combi. Paul is excellent , was able to identify simpler, cost effective and efficient way to install the Combi in my house. The engineer who attended was excellent. I recommend this Company 100% . We recently had a new Viessmann…

We recently had a new Viessmann Vitodens 100W 30kw ERP Condensing Combination Boiler fitted by Martin, from the Boiler Team and the service was fantastic from start to finish. Our heating and hot water was back on within a day, with the whole job completed within 2 days. Martin kept us well informed throughout the installation, which also included clear instruction on the use of the ‘Nest’ heating control system. Martin was a credit to the Company and I have no hesitation in not only recommending the Boiler Team but also giving them a 5 star service rating for a job extremely well done.

A great service

I can honestly say from Paul coming out to quote for me, it was refreshing to have a choice on what boiler I would need, rather than other quotes stating only one brand. The installation, Colin and Mike worked very hard they were informative to what they were doing extremely tidy in their work and were very friendly and professional. The Boiler Team was outstanding: it began when they explained the options open to us and when we accepted the (clearly itemised) quote they gave us a prompt start date. The whole process was organised and every stage was explained to us before they undertook it. They didn’t ask for any payment upfront and waited until we were satisfied with the completed work to present the bill. I have provided very few on-line reviews before, which is testament to my positive recommendation of this team. Well done!
