The 2 Pauls came to discuss replacement of our boiler and some radiators. They were friendly and informative and provided quotations the following day. Colin then came to install the boiler and replace 4 radiators. He has years of experience in the industry and was equally friendly and informative. He returned again to balance the system the following week. Phone calls have been returned promptly. It could have been stressful, in these hands, it couldn't have gone more smoothly.
