Can I pass my appreciation onto the staff/engineers that fitted our boiler yesterday, superb service, friendly, polite and professional. From start to finish I've been impressed with the service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team with colleagues/friends. People are quick to criticise but often ignore/refrain from offering great feedback provided by customer facing services.Keep up the good work, super impressed and pass on my thanks to the team of staff involved.
Very pleasant experience with Boiler Team! Extremely helpful, gave lots of relevant advice and information. We were not pushed into buying the boiler at all. We were given plenty of time to make an informed decision. Boiler was installed very quickly and efficiently when decision was made. The 2 men that came out to do the installation were very friendly. They did the job in the time frame they said and they cleaned up any mess they had made in the process. They took away all packaging and old boiler. Extremely excellent service. Before leaving they showed us how the boiler was used and everything was explained to us. Highly recommended the boiler team to anyone looking for a boiler! Also excellent value for money!
Boiler team rang me before hand to let me no they were running a bit late, which was fine, kept me informed of everything they were doing, they finished fitting new boiler within a few hrs, quicker than I expected, they explained how to work & operate boiler & new controls, left everything clean and tidy, very pleased with result, would definitely recommend the boiler team
