I was impressed by the work in general, but particularly with the plumbing re-routing that was required.Did the engineer locate his missing 'favourite spanner'? It has not turned up here.The system seems to be working as it should.

Not pushy - felt like we were actually able to raise questions to figure out the best option for us, rather than being pushed down a certain route.Having accepted the quote, they were quick to arrange installation which was carried out without issue.
