From initial enquiry right through to installation, The Boiler Team went the extra mile to ensure we got the right product for our needs and installation within our pretty tight schedule. All done and dusted in a week. The installation technicians were amazing, working tirelessly on the hottest day of the year! Stayed late to ensure it was completed in one day.
The Team fitted a replacement oil combi for me.The whole experience from first contact to commissioning was seamless.Paul and the team deserve a lot of credit for the way they conduct themselves and the sheer professionalism they apply to everything they do.I would highly recommend the team to anyone requiring a boiler, simply outstanding service.

He carried out a 2 man install alone for the majority, due to staff illness, putting in the hours necessary. He worked tirelessly, with humour and charm, and did an excellent job. We had our combi-boiler installed earlier this year and can't fault the service provided. We had a leak last night, after I stupidly damaged a pipe trying to install shelves in our airing cupboard, and the team involved with installing the system sorted it out the next day. Fantastic support.
We had the Boiler Team install a new boiler, great price, excellent installation service and aftercare package. Three months on we have had no issues, the boiler is sized to suit the house, plenty of hot water and heat when needed. Would highly recommend their professional service to anyone shopping for a new boiler.
Excellent work from start to finish. We wanted a Potterton heat only boiler to replace our still working 40 year old Potterton Flamingo 50. Paul of the Boiler Team surveyed our house and supplied a quotation. He answered a few questions I had, and submitted a revised quotation. He said they were able to start work quickly, which is what we wanted (kitchen being completely replaced). Martin and young assistant Jack came when they said they would. He also suggested moving the new boiler into airing cupboard upstairs, which was agreed. They worked hard throughout and cleaned up at every stage. Upon completion checked each existing radiator was hot, and hot water to taps. Set programme for boiler to heat hot water tank twice a day, and explained the wireless system when heating is required. Altogether a very pleasant experience throughout. Would definitely recomment the Boiler Team who we found to be very polite, efficient, hardworking and tidy.
