Positive Experience with New Purchase

I recognize the ownership change and that prior customers faced difficulties transitioning to the new servers. Having purchased an item under the previous management, I recently bought another from the new owners. My experience has been very satisfactory, and everything has worked seamlessly. Recent Purchase Works Perfectly

I understand there was a shift in ownership and that some previous customers have encountered difficulties transitioning to the new servers. I bought my item during the previous ownership and recently acquired an additional product from the new management. My experience has been very positive, and everything has functioned flawlessly. I've been a satisfied user for quite some time and was disappointed to hear about the liquidation since the product is outstanding. My keypad recently malfunctioned, leaving me feeling lost without it. The new company kept me updated on stock availability. They aren't legally obligated to maintain the app or existing units, but they are making an effort. Negative reviews could jeopardize this effort and leave us without functioning products, so please consider your words carefully. The product itself is robust, and I hope solutions will be implemented for standalone functionality.

Charges for reactivating the app after already paying for the service... I cannot recommend them at all.

Blocked Access Until Additional Payment

I purchased my item last year and was reasonably satisfied until this morning. Out of the blue, I received an email stating that due to the company's bankruptcy, all contracts and support are nullified. To continue using the product, I must pay an additional fee on top of what I already spent. As soon as I received the email, the app was blocked, and my once smart device is now just a standard one that only opens with a physical key. I find this practice unacceptable and bordering on extortion. Many of us have filed complaints with consumer protection agencies. I do not recommend this product.

Avoid at All Costs

Avoid at all costs! I ordered a product worth a significant amount and never received it. I was informed the company had gone bankrupt.

Extremely Poor Service

Extremely poor service. I placed an order back in April and still haven’t received anything despite multiple follow-ups. I just checked the delivery app and saw my order was cancelled, but there has been no refund.
