These bottles used to be reliable, but their quality has dropped significantly. The latest batch emits a strong plastic odor that affects both the bottle and the water our children consume! This is unacceptable! When we voiced our concerns, instead of addressing the issue, they just sent us another bottle with no communication. These are children's bottles that must be safe and non-toxic, and quality should take precedence over marketing! By the way, we bought three in the last year.
