I will never order from them again due to the terrible quality of the clothing. One item I purchased, a hoodie for $59, looked nothing like the picture. I could find a similar quality hoodie for around $10 at discount stores. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. The quality of the clothing is disastrous and does not match the description at all. They have a returns policy designed to make returning items impossible, and if you attempt to do so, your parcel may get stuck in customs. There’s no way to get assistance from either the postal service or the seller. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I placed my order on September 11, and it arrived on the 23rd. The items are nowhere near the images, poorly made, and the sizing is ridiculous. I ordered a 2XL for an oversized fit, but it barely fits a smaller size. I could attempt a return, but the postage would cost almost double what I paid, and I don't trust this seller. Lesson learned.
The clothing quality was cheap and tacky, very different from what was shown online. The return policy is expensive since returns must be sent to a distant location at your own cost, which can amount to £25 for small packages. I will never shop from this seller again. I feel financially cheated and utterly disappointed.
