I would rate no star if possible! Don’t trust them at all!! Worst thing you can do for your trip! Not reliable at all! I am stuck here because of them! Shame on this forex thing! Just exchange your money and get done with it don’t fall for their nonsense
Thank you rohit for delivering the card to my doorstep. But for cash delivery i have to reach them to Kolkata saltlake sector 5 office which is far away from my location they refuse to deliver the cash to my doorstep then why i was charged service tax?
Highly Unprofessional and will Ghost you without activating Card
Donot trust and rely in them.
At the he time of selling, they will say to everything and post delivery they won't even activate your card.
The below are International roaming calls made to them to activate after paying them 3 days ago. My 1000 AED is stuck with them and they haven't activated the card yet or shared the activation link.
They do the verification post taking money that too from your bank account.
Donot rely on them for your forex services.
I had to purchase 2000 AED to manage.
I have made calls made to them from International roaming and none of the call connected.

I had an excellent experience selling my foreign currency after my trips abroad. I had several currencies to exchange and received a clear estimate during the initial call. The door-to-door service is incredibly convenient, especially for residents in the area. The exchange rate provided was competitive. One area for improvement could be the response time from the representative after submitting the documents; a simpler way to reach them would be beneficial. Overall, I am quite pleased.
I want to acknowledge the delivery person for their courtesy and support. They guaranteed excellent service and worked hard to deliver my currency quickly. However, I am let down by the service from the company’s representatives. Their unprofessionalism has been frustrating, and it seems they lack commitment to enhancing their service. Here are some major issues I faced:
1. A representative canceled my order without my approval, stating I wouldn't accept the currency. In truth, I had only mentioned that I ordered through another platform and was still open to receiving the currency. 2. There is no record of my initial order, and the automated customer service cannot provide any details, marking my order number as invalid. Additionally, I frequently wait over 15 minutes to connect with a representative. Is this acceptable service? 3. It has been over 24 hours without receiving my currency, even though the booking indicated it would arrive before 9 PM the previous day. This feels like a breach of trust. 4. I contacted customer care via email, but the response I received referred to a different order, showing a lack of attention to my issues. The delivery person has been the only consistent aspect, appearing dedicated to their role. I hope the company can enhance its services to restore customer trust.
