Over 30 days later, still no product

We placed an order for four items on 11/28. We received one item on 12/11. Customer service has not provided any delivery date. We have a trip planned for 12/31. The website claims that all orders ship directly from their partner's warehouse in Tennessee, with a delivery time of 2–3 days. It's supposed to be fast and reliable, with no hidden fees.

Five months and no refund

My order was returned and collected on May 23, and almost five months later, I still have not received any refund or even an update. I’ve sent multiple emails and have been completely ignored. This level of customer service is unacceptable and unprofessional. Refunds should be issued promptly upon return, not delayed for months with no communication. It’s extremely disappointing, and I would strongly recommend others to steer clear of this company. They show no accountability or willingness to resolve issues.

Not sure if this is a good deal.

I received my suitcase on time, but it arrived with dents. After several email exchanges, they offered me a 50% refund, which seemed fair. However, getting the refund took two months of follow-ups. They kept giving me excuses until I started commenting negatively on their social media. Only then did the owner reach out to me and refund me the same day. It's frustrating that it had to come to that. As for the suitcase quality, I’ll see how it holds up after a few trips and update my review.

Customer support nightmare

I should have ordered from a different platform. If the representative were real, I’ve never encountered someone more incompetent. The customer support is remarkably unhelpful. I ordered four suitcases during a sale, some of which were oversold. Instead of providing sensible solutions, they wasted my time and ignored my request to cancel the order for out-of-stock items. Now, after three weeks, three out of four suitcases have arrived, and the quality is just acceptable. The inside material is subpar, and the locks are inadequate. Please cancel my order or refund me for the missing suitcase! My patience is gone since the first email. Stick to your promises and deadlines, and actively seek real solutions when mistakes happen.

Paid for a case on April 19, still no refund as of June 7

I ordered a 22" silver suitcase during a sale for £175.50 on April 19. After waiting a month, I canceled my order, despite being told it would arrive within five business days. As of June 7, I have NOT received a refund, even after multiple requests. All I get are excuses. BEWARE, as you might end up financing this company with your money.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. They mislead about shipping and then take days to respond after a refund request. The item was left outside by the delivery service, and now, nearly two weeks later, I’m without the product I didn’t want, as I ordered a different suitcase, and I'm still waiting for my refund. Please don't delete these messages like before; I will make sure to take screenshots again. SEND MY REFUND.
