They were really particular with the fitting, making sure that it fitted perfectly. Friendly and professional, I would recommend them to anyone who has a dog, though it would probably help with a fair few other things needing to be shoved into the boot.
We ordered a versa liner for our car boot. We ordered the correct car model, however the item does not fit properly - it is too wide at the inside across behind the rear seats. This model of car has a metal clip on each side of the back seat and if they are protruding the fit is even worse. We are going to have to cut holes to allow the clips to be used. I feel this should have been allowed for. When we reported this to the company they were less than helpful suggesting using the velcro for a better fit. We sent photos and they did reply however no -one picked up the phone to discuss. Not pleased and this was an expensive item. I have seen a better fit in other car models so I believe ours was not made properly. Very disappointed. I gave up contacting them as it would have been too difficult to return and costly> I suspect they know this. I shall not be recommending this product to my doggy friends.
Kind of mixed opinions on this one. The fit itself is actually incredibly good, my problem with it is the Velcro supplied didn’t hold up for even one journey, the split floor design to allow access to under floor storage is a good idea but leaves several spaces for dog fur to fall through and one of my dogs legs even got trapped between one of the side pieces and the floor piece, leaving her with a small cut on her leg. I also think the price point for this product even without the expensive extras is too high. Overall I think there is a lot of potential for this product to be excellent, it just needs some refinement.
