I received two rings (1 Amber Gold and 1 Steel Chrome) on December 5th, 2025. Despite the claims that the jewelry is waterproof and suitable for everyday wear, the Amber Gold ring — the only one I’ve worn so far — has already begun to oxidize. This was quite disappointing, especially given its advertised durability.
They also mention that the rings promote calm, sleep, and daily balance, but after consistently wearing the Amber Gold ring, I haven’t noticed any difference.
In summary, the product fell short of my expectations regarding quality and the promised benefits.
The website says I have money back guarantee for 30 days but I've been contacting them for several weeks now via email as well as social media and I am being ignored. I haven't even worn the ring and contacted within days of receiving as its too big but im being ignored. SCAM
Received my rings about 8 weeks ago and thought i would give them ago before reviewing, They came in a beautiful box and the rings looked great! my daughter wore her ring for about 3 weeks it was to big tried to resize but then the stones fell out! I have tried to get on with mine but again its to big cannot resize which makes it chunky and uncomfortable. Cannot say i have had any weight loss or better sleep. Waste of money i have now stopped wearing
Placed an order but it was never delivered. I spoke to royal mail and they confirmed it was a lost package and that Calmara would need to make a claim. Calmara customer services said I had to get proof that royal mail had said this and refused to contact royal mail. Trying to be awkward about giving a refund. Very unprofessional. I have had to contact my card provider for a refund.
I wish I had read the reviews first! Ordered 2 rings and a bracelet, not h rings were very small and to make them bigger was a big effort! Then both had magnets fall out, the bracelet is small and dull, not shiny at all, requested a return twice, but no response ,
Very disappointed with the ring and the company. The ring came with one of the magnets missing! I have emailed 3 times to request return and nobody is getting back to me! They have no instructions how to return on their website! This is totally unacceptable!
