Great service with very helpful instructional videos. The Lawn Boss does a great job, the wheels make it particularly easy to use, although using without wheels is a bit heavier than we oldies had hoped. Nevertheless, MUCH better than the old petrol driven beast.
The variety of attachments allows me to handle both thin and thick grass using the cord and rectangular blade, and I can even manage reeds and blackberries with the circular blade. I purchased an extra battery to keep working while the other one charges.
