I'm quite happy with my purchase, the focus v Carta sport in lilac purple. There was not a lot of communication needed but when I did reach out they responded fairly quickly. (Within 24 hours) And when I asked about product support they were able to give me an ETA for restocking of a particular part.
Nik negative and amazing job with my order he was able to resolve all my issues and concerns. I appreciate him taking the time to making sure my order went through. Just currently waiting on the tracking number
I was disappointed because I asked a representative about the return policy before buying. I was told I could get a refund if unsatisfied, but now I find out only store credit is available. Had I known this, I wouldn't have made the purchase. Accurate information is crucial, and it seems the company could improve transparency regarding these policies.
I got a well-priced item but also ordered a silicon skin that wasn't compatible with it. I wish there had been better communication regarding compatibility. While I acknowledge I made the order, the return process is more complicated than expected. This left a somewhat negative impression on an otherwise great purchase.
