Frustrating experience with luggage service

I received a message about being unable to accept luggage in Barcelona. This happened on Sunday, 28th September 2025. They apologized and said no charges would be made. However, they did not issue the promised refund. The dispute took six weeks with the credit card company. This service is unreliable. A charge was made without an automatic refund, and a dispute with evidence was necessary. It’s a waste of time; consider other options.

Misleading information on the site

The location I was shown during my search was not accurate after booking. The storage facility was not open 24 hours as advertised, and there were hidden fees added after I searched. In short, this site cannot be trusted for accurate results. To top it off, the facility opened 15 minutes late, and their hours were only 07:00 to 16:00. I would not recommend this service.

Be sure to read the fine print and take a photo to stop the timer when using the hourly service, or you may face unexpected charges. You need to check your emails after dropping off bags and before picking them up. Don’t rely on the staff for assistance; it's not in their interest to help.

Had to escalate for a refund

I arrived at the location only to find they couldn’t accept my luggage. After taking two buses and spending over an hour getting there, I received no service and still haven’t been refunded.

Great solution for luggage!

The process from booking to drop-off and pick-up was very smooth. The location was central and secure, and the staff made everything easy. It was a huge relief not to carry our suitcases around on the last day!

Excellent service at the facility
