Review Time
Been over 1 month now and still no parcel. I got an email saying attempted delivery and I need to go to postoffice. No card has been put in my door to say any deliver was attempted. Won't let me check the actually tracking details. I belive this is a scam.
If no stars was an option it would not even get 1! Absolutely apauling service, rude and dismissive. Refusing return and refund of items that arrived far too late, are poorly manufactured and completely unusable. Do not waste your time or money on this company they are a huge scam!
No stars! Scammers, ordered 2 pull on bras at £8.99 each, supposedly from USA. What a load of garbage, unfinished edges & straps, shoddy stitching and far too small, large would not fit a 10 Yr old. Oil mark on one cup. I am not huge by any means but these are a joke. I am still trying to get some recompense and have halted payments with Klarna (3 installments) what Klarna are doing associating with this company, I do not know! Their advertising is breaking trading standards too. Avoid like the plague, will update when I find out whether they will refund me. Update. Have been told it would "cost me too much to return the goods" they have offered me £2.99 compensation and said I can "give the bras to a relative"! I have halted payment with my bank,.
After chasing up this company for 4 weeks cheap rubbish arrived nothing like Halara jeans both with zip at the side and a cheap waistband with little stretch. I paid £19.99 a pair Legs are nothing like halara jeans just a cheap denim. Contacted them by email they say I ordered 2 pair the same colour after chech8ng with warehouse which I know I didnt and offered £2 refund. I have now read other reviews that they a more not good quality goods,they sell. PLEASE KEEP YOU MONEY AND BUY ELSE WHERE.
THIS SITE IS A SCAM AND THEY GOT ME GOOD . Ordered 1 pair of the halara jeans and waited the whole of August for them to arrive I got nothing no notifications nothing I made the payment through klarna and today they are saying the company has processesd my order 😡I didn’t receive NOTHING NOW and the website doesn’t exist when you try to contact them . Will never do this again
The product, a garden wind powered ornament, arrived with no assembly instructions. It appeared a couple of elements were faulty Despite numerous requests, would not provide instructions. Said I could return it to China at my expense! Or accept £6 refund. Less than 30% of my cost!!
Wish I could put no stars, substandard item not fit for purpose. When I complained they offered a £2 refund when purchase cost £23 with p&p . After numerous correspondence they told me pay for items to be returned with tracking and any over expenses required only then would they give me my £2 refund.
