It's been more than ten years since my last Lapel Pins Plus order. When I decided to design a challenge coin to commemorate the Dauug | 36 open-source minicomputer for critical infrastructure, I knew just who to work with for the production side. Everything went well. It's not like fine jewelry, but the value to cost ratio was great for me, and people's response to the coin has been fabulous.Make sure before you place your order that you have a clear understanding as to delivery date. What the website says could be more forthcoming. Ask your rep specifically, and then you can be confident.
The process to design the coin was easy and they were so patient and continued to design what was asked with lots of changes along the way...but they did it fast and all looked excellent. However, once I received the coins, they were even better than the design shown. Highest quality I could imagine!
The process could not be any easier. Staff is pleasant, professional, prompt and polite. The design they helped me create was better than I had imagined. The coins were delivered in less time than quoted. Price is the best I could find online for the value received. Do yourself a favor and use Lapel Pins Plus. Highly recommend. To begin, this was a challenge coin made for my fathers funeral. Let me just say the ENTIRE team was nothing less than FANTASTIC!
