I absolutely loved my red light therapy under eye bags .. but last night they completely came apart and stopped.. how can I graciously get them replaced as soon as possible.. please.. can’t live without.. thank you
The glasses I received didn’t work properly, so I contacted customer service. After some verification, they replaced my glasses at no charge. The new ones work great. Thank you.
My device had a crack in the bridge of nose and the company was kind enough to send out a replacement under their fantastic 120 day warranty. Shout out to Hazel, who was courteous and helpful though our email exchanges. I am very pleased with their customer service. I would try more of their products due to their integrity.

I recently purchased a red light therapy device from Boutique Paris to help with under-eye inflammation and bags (my main concern at 40), along with some fine lines. Immediately I noticed the electrical current was inconsistent — stronger on one eye and weaker on the other — and eventually after a few days almost stopped altogether.
I reached out to customer service, and I was genuinely impressed. They responded quickly (always within a day or two) and provided a thorough reply regarding the uneven current. When I clarified that the current had now almost completely stopped, they politely asked me to send a short video demonstrating the issue. After I did, they promptly arranged to send a replacement free of charge.
The entire process was handled efficiently via email, and the representative was responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. Even with the partially functioning device, I’ve already seen a visible difference in my under-eye area, so I’m excited to try a fully working one.

I have been using the glasses for about a month, and I am starting to see a difference in the puffiness under my eyes! I can't wait to see what happens at 2 and 3 months. Unfortunately they stopped working (my fault entirely) after a month. I reached out to customer service, and they responded quickly and very kindly replaced my glasses! I am so grateful. I give 5 stars for the product and 5 stars for excellent customer service!!

I’ve been using this for about a week now and can already see less puffiness in my under eyes! I’m excited to see even better results, smaller wrinkles and more evenness, as I continue using it. I like this because as much as I love using my red light face mask it’s harder for me to use consistently than this eye mask and I personally find it’s easier to multitask with this on.
My 1st set was delivered 2 the wrong address & customer service was excellent. They sent a new set out with the serum & delivery was fast. After just the 1st use I saw results. I use them every night & so far I c results after each use!! I would definitely recommend.
My overall experience with this company is Extremely positive. I can't thank them enough for exceptional service and grace. I had a misfortunate circumstance happen with my unit, totally at no fault to Botanique,but what this company did was give grace and offer to replace the unit free of charge. This is a first for me being a consumer with a company. They responded to me the same day I wrote them, they followed up each time and offered to assist me right away.
