Good mask but poor packaging!

Silk sleep mask- nice product, fits my head well (small female). But product sent in huge box with lots of plastic filling - not necessary! Please improve how you package and post products.

Terrible service

Terrible service - booked a kit and after 4 days waiting for any info from the delivery service I wrote them asking the status.They replied that the kit is out of stock and they will send it to me as soon as they have it .I have asked for immediate reimbursement, will see how it goes.

Silk pillowcase

I’m only on my first week with my pillowcase, I do love the smoother hair in the morning, my skin does look nourished, it’s cooling which I like, the only difference I’ve noticed is my last pillowcase from a different company was slippy an I kind of liked that as I knew it wasn’t pulling my skin, but boucleme have made up for that in the luxurious silk that’s cooling, so far so good, highly recommended
