I was introduced to this brand a couple of weeks ago and love everything about it. Their products from cleansing to styling are perfect for my tight curls. I love the sweet floral scent of their products, that aren't overpowering and like how hydrated my hair is.
Weak. I ordered 2 silk pillowcases at different times (they cost £40 each!) and they don’t match, they are different sizes… I’ve emailed their customer service team who were less then helpful offering a refund on the second pillowcase however they no longer stock the first so I’m left unable to have a matching pair having spent £80! They were not apologetic nor understanding. I also bought (some very small / expensive) products, and I can confirm there are definitely better natural / curly girl products out there! Check out only curls for a much nicer company, product and customer service! No I’ve got no affiliation with OC I just know how expensive ones curly girl journey can be - don’t waste money on this company!
My hairdresser recommended me trying the Foaming Dry Shampoo, not only for a refresh but as a volume boost finisher. I’m really impressed with the results - couple of squirts in hands rubbed through upside down hair made such a difference! Will definitely recommend to my curly friends :)
The products and the parcel show the care they put into this mission.One less star for the late delivery with no explanation as to the reason.I have started using the 30-day challenge and I can see some positive changes already. My problem is the frizzy in my hair. I would recommend it.
I have tried and am still using the "30 Days to Curls Kit", therefore have the curl cream, gel, conditioner, and both cleansers. Even though I have used the cleanser for several weeks, my head and hair did not accustom to the cleanser, and my hair was constantly oily. I also do not see any improvement in using the conditioner compared to other conditioners of cheaper brands. The same holds for the gel and curl cream.But, the point that bothers me personally most is the smell - it is particular, and not everybody will like it.All in all, the products do the job, but the result does not justify the price.
