Hopeless. Thank heaven for Amazon.

God alone knows why this company is allowed to show its face on Amazon. It never gives an address, so your Return has nowhere to go! In the end I went to Amazon's Customer Service and, realising the state I was in, they just refunded me and asked me to dispose of the unwanted goods. Gladly.

Ordered through Amazon Germany, goods never turned up. Only checked Amazon reviews afterwards, seems this is one of many many such cases. Cannot understand why Amazon still list this company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Does not send Amazon item then makes excuses not to issue a refund. Numerous 1* reviews on Amazon, with everyone else saying the same thing - no item arrives, no refund. The scary thing is, Boulevard Online has over 50k products for sale on Amazon. If I could give 0 stars I would. SCAMMERS.

Poor experience

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased my item from Amazon (knitting needles). a) they did not arrive; b) when I contacted them they advised me to be ‘patient’ as they had been despatched. I had to tell them that four weeks had passed since the despatch and they were unlikely to arrive now. I’ve asked for a refund (twice) which has not arrived. Best to avoid this company.

Has others have said, this company is definitely one to avoid. I'm shocked that Amazon still allow them to trade on their website. I ordered a spirit level , which they said had been dispatched via Whistl, but no tracking information was forth coming. Amazon said delivery due on Monday, come Friday they informed me that it may have been lost. And I had to contact seller, who did reply and said they were have difficultly with their deliveries, well they could use any one of the many delivery companies. I claimed a refund from Amazon who agreed to refund my money under their A-Z guarantee. Check them out on Google Reviews. What I have learnt is to check out sellers profile on Amazon before ordering anything from a merchant.

Worse than useless

Worse than useless. The item was supposedly lost in transit (I only knew that because I was told by Amazon). Communication was non existent, and my emails remained unanswered and unacknowledged. Be very wary of having anything to do with this company. In fact it would be best to shun it entirely.
