Review Time
I didn't want to write this review, but after using the link in their module for tech support... it didn't work. After three phone calls, the representative was difficult to understand. I lost patience. While their course may have potential, their tech support is outdated. The experience was frustrating. I won't be returning.
Avoid this! I mistakenly signed up for two subscriptions with the same email, and after requesting a cancellation, they only processed one. Despite providing proof of my cancellation, they refuse to refund me for the other subscription, which has been charging me since. The services are identical, and I haven't benefited from the one I tried to cancel.
If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. The customer service is HORRIBLE. They claim you can share your premium account with others, but it requires sharing usernames and passwords, which isn't secure. Customer support was unhelpful and unresponsive. I wouldn't waste my time; their offering is subpar, and the app feels outdated. It's overpriced for what you get.
I was enjoying the program and following the recommended daily lessons. However, after a few months, I found out that the Greek course only had 30 lessons instead of the usual 60. I was extremely disappointed to realize that I could finish the course I paid for in just three weeks. When I canceled my subscription at the end of the year, I discovered all my progress was lost, and I had mistakenly paid for a full year upfront. Very disappointing.

Communication was only through the app. My dispute with the credit card company was unsuccessful. I reached out to customer service but after answering two questions in chat, I was redirected to a site that wanted to charge me again. I am satisfied with the program but have ended up paying double for the year, and I'm frustrated with the lack of clear communication.

I requested a data access request to prove my timely cancellation, but I was cut off and now cannot access the chat! Terrible company! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
