This company has no integrity

My recent dealing with this company on Amazon have left me feeling rather bitter. They failed to deliver my order, apparently they lost it, I had to wait a further three days for confirmation of the loss and then I could have a refund.Their communication levels are awful, I had to repeatedly message them to get a response, not that it has made any difference.I had originally paid via Amazon voucher but was told it would take 7 days for the refund to go through. I explained that if it was a banking transaction I could appreciate the delay, but £60 of the £65.09 was paid via a voucher, so the £60 should have been refunded instantly.They promised to look into this and nothing happened, no updates, nothing.I have now had to escalate this through Amazon in order to get a refund, which may also take a few days to fully process. So far this has all taken 16 days and it will be 21 days by the time if fully concludes.My special event was planned around these items and has been ruined due to their incompetence.Don't take my word for it, have a look at their reviews on Amazon, for some reason their company used to score five star reviews but over the last year or so they have been getting mostly one star reviews.Personally I am hoping that Dominic Portman sees this and sorts his company out and returns them to their past glory, otherwise, they are likely go down the tube eventually.
