I visited on December 28th and it was quite busy. The representative in the carpet section was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for us. He even took the carpets to our car. I offered a small tip for his extra effort, but he politely declined, explaining it wasn't company policy. It's rare to find such dedication in an employee. This young man is a credit to the company, which is fortunate to have him. Thank you!

Another disappointing visit to the store. The customer service was lacking, with staff more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting customers. Their rude behavior and some on personal phones made for a frustrating experience. It's clear that the service has declined from what it used to be.
I visited the store recently and was repeatedly approached in a way that made me feel unwelcome. After leaving without making a purchase and ordering online instead, I decided to give it another try but was ignored at the checkout. Staff need proper training; I won't be returning.
The customer service was unacceptable. My mother, who is disabled and 86 years old, received pajamas that were mismatched in size. Expecting her to return them from a distance for a refund is appalling. This experience was far below expectations.
The store offers ample free parking and a well-organized layout of affordable clothing and homeware. It was clean and inviting, with helpful staff. Although there was a growing line at the checkout, the situation was quickly addressed after I asked for assistance. A special thanks to a staff member who was particularly knowledgeable and helpful.
I visited with my husband who requires wheelchair assistance. The parking was conveniently located, and a wheelchair was ready for us. We found everything we needed, and the café offered delicious coffee and cakes. The only minor issue was the air conditioning, which made it a bit uncomfortable for my husband. Also, the wheelchair access was positioned on a manhole cover, making it tricky to navigate, but overall a great experience.
