The bras were a huge disappointment.

These bras were a huge disappointment. They were itchy and unwearable. The ads promised four snaps in the front, but mine only had three. I didn't even bother trying to get my money back because I knew I wouldn't succeed. Buying from them was a mistake.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND! Numerous reviews highlight how they ignore customers completely! I have no idea how they stay in business with so many competitors who actually respond and deliver. I placed my order over a week ago, and I've received no confirmation, no shipping estimate, and no replies from customer service. Absolutely unprofessional. I will never order from them again!

Ordered according to size chart but got it wrong.

I ordered two bras according to the size chart on the website, selecting 3XL. However, I couldn't even get it on. I had a friend try it; she wears 1XL and a B cup, and it barely fit her. Total waste of money and a terrible product.

Dress arrived in poor condition.

The dress arrived wrinkled and looked nothing like the online images. I expressed that I didn't want it and sent it back, but they are making the return process difficult. I'm likely not going to see my money again after spending on returns. Very disappointed.

Terrible experience. This company is a sham. They have invested in a flashy website, but in reality, they deliver extremely low-quality clothing. No labels, poor stitching, and unreliable buttons. Shipping is slow, and customer support is nonexistent. I've received no replies to my return requests. DO NOT BUY!
