Review Time
I used to love this platform and was excited about its relaunch in early 2025. My first order was extremely delayed, arriving over two months later despite being told it would take about ten days. I did reach out to customer service during this wait but received no updates. When the items finally arrived, I had already purchased them elsewhere. My second order was fine but came in a strange way, and my third order was similarly delayed. The lack of communication is unacceptable; I reached out three times with no reply. It's unrealistic to expect customers to wait for their groceries, especially in today's economy.
I first used the platform a few years ago, and it was great. I had no issues with my orders then. Recently, however, my experience has been odd. In my first delivery, one item was missing, and I reached out to customer service without any response for over a month. My second delivery was complete, but I received a receipt from a different store, indicating my items were sourced from there instead of a warehouse. It appears the service is more about technology on top of the gig economy. No wonder I haven't heard back from customer service—they might not even have one.
I had no issues when they first opened, but since the relaunch, I've ordered three times, and two orders were not shipped even after two weeks. I canceled one and am still waiting for the last order. I've lost faith in their service and wouldn't recommend it.
I used the platform for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by the smooth delivery. Given the recent negative reviews, I was cautious, but communication was good, and my delivery arrived within the requested time frame.
I loved the original platform, but the new version feels unreliable. Items arrive in open cases, as if they were retrieved from someone's garage. I received the wrong item in one case and have emailed twice without a response. The prices aren't better than what I could find elsewhere, and the amount of fresh food offered seems concerning. I likely won't return, given the other reviews.
Ordered on April 7,2025 on April 15th only 1/2 of the order delivered not boxed or anything just left the items individually on the porch. Contacted customer service when initially no confirmation or tracking received. No reply from customer service.
I too,placed an order with this company on January 31, received an email confirmation, never shipped out, I’ve sent 4 emails, but no response. I finally contacted my bank to file a dispute. Not a very good first impression on my first order. I guess some people have had good experiences, people lie all the time, though.
