I've been using the Astra products for over a year now. I ran into a problem with one of their plugins a few days ago. I submitted a support ticket and had a three day back and forth conversation. They fixed the problem and even answered some unrelated questions. At this point I don't think I'll ever make a change because their stuff is really, really good and there always making it better. I'm all in for the long-term.
Being new to website building with Elementor, I only knew how to add plugins via the search option and I couldn’t find Ulitimate Addons for Elementor in the search. A Sunday night email to Brainstorm was answered early Monday morning with a link on how to upload the plugin. I used Ultimate Addons to copy pages from one domain to another and here I am on Tuesday morning with mission accomplished.
I moved from other Plug in to Convert Pro few months ago. I did the move trying to get a Plug in that could help my site to improve the speed performance in relation to the competitor I used. Noe I can say, that in fact this Convert Pro is much more efficient and in fact the performance did improve! So, if you are concerned about performance conflicts this id a very good choice.Apart from this, I also experineced the tools available are quite friendly and the choices thay offer are enough and you have room to adapt to your requirements. There is a good option also to check the way users will see your pop ups on mobile devices and if you want you can readapt different ways to be seen in mobile and PC.Finally the support is fantastic. In all supports I have experience in this kind of products and services, I assure this is one of the best. Extremely sympatic persons, focused on helping customers the best way they can.
