Wide variety of specialized modules and excellent support!

UABB has been very helpful with their custom modules and pre-loaded themes. It saves a tremendous amount of time when putting together a theme personalized for a client. The support has also been extremely helpful in reporting issues that we've run into.

UABB by Brainstorm. 5* Support this week.

I've been using UABB by Brainstorm for some time now. Their product enhances the Wordpress/Beaver Builder experience by so much. Reached out for support this week and had excellent experience from Ankush who gave me the CSS solution I'd been looking for. Was able to deploy my latest updates on Xmas Eve to the delight of my client.Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brainstorm and their products.

I rarely do support tickets but when I do....

I rarely do support tickets as I am a documentation reader. But when I do I am pleased with how fast the Brainstorm Force support gets back to me. Usually, the problem is solved quickly. This is quite refreshing since most of the support issues I have with other premium plugins can last days or weeks.

Great products. While the support system is email-based and impossible to track and refer to, the actual support from the team is pretty good. Don't expect instant answers but you can expect a solution that works.

Awesome Wordpress Theme & Support

Astra is probably one of the best wordpress theme on the market, at all levels! Fast, well coded, complete, well documented, not to mention all the other advantages (starter templates in particular, but not only) and of course the support, which you can count on if you need it (but it's rare to need it).In short, with Astra you can just make about any website in the world!
