The boots are very nice and were delivered quickly to the UK; however, they appeared to be ex-display with several scuff marks. Additionally, you might want to review your delivery service, as my boots, costing £150, were left on the doorstep, making them easy to take. Otherwise, all good 👍.
I’m really let down as I regularly check reviews before shopping somewhere new. I submitted a return request a while ago, and they have an annoying system where you must submit a 'request' instead of just creating a label. Four days later, and now overdue on my 30-day return period, I realized I hadn’t heard back, so I filled out an online contact form...nothing. I submitted another form...still nothing. I’m still waiting and unsure if I’ll ever get a refund. Frustrating. They have since claimed to have replied twice, but I check my emails daily and have not received anything, so I wonder if there’s a technical issue with their outgoing emails.
