Purchased a bra on line end November 2025 and the website had issues - with a notice on it - was not sure if order went thru or not - received an email to order again - - received confirmation for wrong size - and emailed to have that changed - no reply - finally the order arrived in December - wrong size - went to Albany store on January to change - store closed - just found there is a Milford store went there to change it - was informed I cannot as purchased more than 60 days ago -Bra still in packaging -

Ordered a matching bikini set, but when the top was out of stock, Bras N Things still shipped the bottoms and refunded the top. This left me with a useless half-set that I cannot wear or return because the items were discounted and final sale. Customer service refused to take responsibility and kept directing me to standard returns, which do not apply to this situation. I am now out of pocket due to their stock issue. This is poor customer service, unfair, and has completely damaged my trust in this brand.
As a customer who shops at a brand that claims to support women and make them feel good, my recent experience was deeply disappointing and disrespectful.I purchased two bras that were faulty and broke shortly after use. This required me to seek a legally entitled refund under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).The Result: One Month of Wasted Time and Financial Distress.• The Runaround: I was passed between five different customer service staff over a full month. Each interaction required me to resubmit proof of purchase, identity, and my bank details, wasting valuable time.• The Disregard: Despite repeatedly and clearly requesting a full monetary refund, the company ignored my instructions and attempted to issue store vouchers instead. This refusal to honour a customer's right to choose their remedy for a major failure is a clear breach of the ACL.• The Feeling: The entire process left me feeling dismissed, unimportant, and frankly, like I was being deliberately stalled and laughed at. When you need a refund for essential, broken items, being treated this way is unacceptable.If you expect support, timely help, or for this brand to uphold the values it preaches, please reconsider. They have no regard for a customer's time, financial needs, or legal rights. Move to a company that actually values and supports its female customers
I went to mirrabooka today and thought i would buy a bra not expecting any help as most bra shops i have been to dont want to help but to my surprise ,Valentina was amazing not pushy made me feel comfortable and no trouble to help me wonderful service.
I bought a size 12 pair of knickers in the Ipswich store, feeling slightly convinced by the sales assistant that I didn't need a size 14, which I was looking for. Not convinced, I went back the next shopping day to ask if anyone else had them in a size 14. The lass looked them up and said 'no'. I then tried one last time in my local Toowoomba store. The gal not only found the size I wanted in a Brisbane store, she also offered me free shipping to my home address. They arrived soonafter. I was very impressed.
Online ordering is terrible. I ordered numerous matching sets on their sale, but the dont update their stock info online. I place 3 orders over 3 days. And I kept getting emails about parts of my order being refunded. Problem is I order matching sets and then the Bras always come back as being refunded due to being “out of stock” but then they dont cancel the matching underwear. Obviously if I am Ordering a set and half the set is missing. I dont want it. But Im more annoyed that out of all tge sets I ordered 50% were already out of stock one hour after I paid for my order. Now I have to wait 3-5 days for my refund.
