The company is clearly striving to fulfill their promises in a challenging and competitive market. Initially, my order of several items went well, but I soon noticed subpar build quality and poor customer service. Being addressed as "Bro" in an email response was a concerning sign. I ordered a few more items for friends, but upon arrival, one of them was faulty and wouldn't charge, leaving me with a useless item once the battery died. I persisted with the company, and after considerable pressure, they finally agreed to accept my return (at my own expense). The replacement is currently in transit, so I will wait to see if they uphold their reputation or if they are simply deceivers posing as a reliable business.
I needed the knuckles for a gift and ordered them a week in advance. I had to ask for a tracking number, which the company failed to provide as promised in their shipping email. According to the shipping service, a label was created, but they still don’t have the package.

I ordered two items, and they arrived in just over a week. The day after I placed my order, I received an email informing me that I hadn’t read the description and needed to purchase something else for the first order to ship. I was initially skeptical but decided to go ahead. Everything turned out perfectly. Both items were exactly as described. Communication was prompt, and I will definitely shop with them again. They also included a little surprise in my package, which was a nice touch.
I placed an order a week ago without checking customer feedback from third-party sources first. They seem a bit questionable at best. I sent multiple emails with no response, and their phone goes straight to voicemail no matter when I call. Once you place an order, don’t expect any email confirmation. My order still shows as pending on their site. I even paid for expedited shipping and now fear I may have lost $279.00. If I do receive anything, I’ll gladly apologize for this review, but I’m not holding my breath.
I ordered two items on June 9th, 2025. After seeing reviews claiming it was a scam, I was worried since I spent £170.00. I didn’t try to contact them, as many said customer service was unresponsive. To my surprise, after a couple of weeks, the tracking showed my items had left a Chinese city and were in Hong Kong. That was three days ago, and today my package arrived, so I’m very pleased. The items look solid and are heavy, matching the photos on the website. They even came in small button-down pouches, which wasn’t mentioned. Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase.
