Would give no stars if possible. Was under the impression it was a UK based company. However was told the item had to go through customs and took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. When it did arrive it was stuffed into a Jiffy bag that was tiny. With Chinese writing on it. Makes me very worried to use.Contacted the customer service email. Took ages to respond then asked for reason why. Website states we won’t ask why we will refund. Took pictures as requested of item unopened. Then another email offering 20% discount. Instead of the full refund as it can be costly to return. Don’t put money back guarantee if you don’t mean it. I am so disappointed with the item and the service. Please do not buy from this company. I have only recently seen the trust pilot reviews as looked on the website.What a scam and now out of pocket

Need non-ice flavors

I love the device, but don't love the flavors. Why does everything have to be iced. I didn't like menthol cigarettes, I definitely don't want it when trying to quit. Make flavors that aren't iced and I could be more excited about it.

I’m 31 years old and my whole teen and…

I’m 30 years old and my whole teen and adult life I have smoked some form of nicotine, first cigarettes then vaping for the last 6-7 years. I didn’t have any faith in quitting as every time before failed. Breathe free has helped me get over the fixation of smoking and not look back. I didn’t quit smoking broke 1st week

I didn’t quit smoking. My Husband’s broke within the first week so they must make them flimsy or something. I’ve been trying to get a hold of the manufacturer. No one’s getting back to me. I don’t remember the exact date. It was sometime either in November or October so I’m gonna put November.

I have enjoyed my breathe

I have enjoyed my breathe, free during no smoking activities. I’ve used it in the hospitals and visiting friends that don’t smoke and it has really helped me back completely off cigarettes.Thank you for developing the device. Received and what a load of rubbish won’t let me send this item back, or offer me a refund even though they offer your money back after 30 days! Please avoid.
