I received a message on Christmas Day stating they took £101 from my account for four small packets of refills, despite not using the original four I bought for £33. I contacted their site and spoke with their bot, which said I was entitled to a refund and advised me to email. I also confirmed the subscription cancellation. I received a rude email stating the 'blunt truth' and was told I wasn't entitled to a refund. They suggested adjusting future deliveries instead of fully canceling. I notified them on December 25 to cancel and refund, but they still sent the items and said they would guide me on claiming a refund. Their policy states a 30-day money-back guarantee, but one of their staff claimed I wasn't entitled to it.
Upon receiving and opening my order, a horrible smell wafted out and made my room smell very bad. The coffee cores provided tasted similar to rotten meat. I tried the second flavour, and when used it "spit" a very bitter flavour into my mouth which was suspiciously hard to remove.On their site they claim they will provide a full refund no questions asked. But during my conversation with support they are asking me many questions, and claiming I am wrong because they don't have any other bad reviews and are offering me a 20% discount. Which to me is not worth it, since I cant even use this product without stinking up my room. My wife wont even tolerate it either as the smell from the box itself is rancid.
