my account was suspended by brevo just second time i sent out my email market. previously i was using wix for 5 years with no issue. So once i used brevo, my account was suspended and they refuse to revive it. And they do not allow me to cancel my plan although it is suspended. And to my shock, they still continue to bill me for the next month. i do not suggest using BREVO , it is too scam and dishonest.

A couple of days before the event the weather turned bad -- snow, ice, freezing temperatures, etc. We decided to reschedule the event. We used Brevo to get the word out. Nobody made the trip to the Legion Post for nothing. When we set a new date for the cook off we'll use Brevo to get the word out.

An extremely frustrating experience with the service.

This was one of the most frustrating experiences I've encountered with a service in years. I signed up to send a one-time service notification to existing users after a platform migration. These were legitimate, previously registered users, not purchased or scraped contacts. From the outset, the platform was confusing and not user-friendly. Important information regarding contact limits and automatic plan upgrades was not clearly communicated during the signup process. I only found this out after being charged. While I was still testing whether a CSV import would work — without sending any campaign — my account was automatically upgraded and charged more. There were no clear warnings, no confirmation prompts, and no explanation at the time of the charge. After finally sending a few service emails, my account was suspended due to “low engagement” and supposed spam issues, even though this was not a marketing campaign at all, but a one-time operational message. I barely managed to send 10% of the required emails. To be clear: the customer support representative I interacted with was polite, respectful, and professional. This review is NOT about the support. The problem lies entirely with the product design, billing logic, and compliance process. Automatic billing upgrades, account suspension after sending just one email, and charging users before any significant action is taken are unacceptable from a customer experience perspective. In the end, unused credits were refunded (waiting for the money, hopefully all will be resolved) and the account was closed, but only after days of unnecessary stress and back-and-forth communication. This represents a significant UX and product design failure, not a support issue.

Frustrating login issues during app review process

While my mobile app is under review by the platform, I received a suggestion about not receiving the login verification code. I attempted to log in to the service to check for logs, but I cannot access my account. It's been nearly two days, and I'm still emailing the support team screenshots of my login attempts. This situation is unacceptable! Not only can I not review logs, but my account access is blocked, causing delays in my app's launch.

Campaign halted right at the start due to poor subscriber list

The campaign was halted immediately because of an inadequate subscriber list, despite my own list being fully verified. My account was suspended after payment without completing the initial campaign. They manipulate pricing, presenting a low yearly fee for a program requiring only 300 emails in the database, a condition not disclosed until the order process. This results in a final cost that is quadrupled. Additionally, canceling the subscription makes it impossible to remove the credit card from the system. The support team claims that removal can only occur after the subscription concludes, leaving you at risk of forgetting to log in later and incurring an unwanted payment.

Major Disappointment!

The campaign halted right from the start due to a lackluster subscriber list, despite my list being fully verified. My account was suspended post-payment without completing the first campaign. They mislead with pricing, advertising a low annual fee for a program limited to just 300 emails, which isn’t disclosed until the order stage, resulting in a final cost that’s four times higher. Additionally, cancelling the subscription doesn’t allow for credit card removal unless authorized by the account owner, which is contradictory since I am the owner. The support team claims the card can only be removed after the subscription ends, meaning I must remember to log in later to prevent another charge.
