My attempts to reach out regarding my undelivered orders have been ignored due to their mistake in not including my full address. I haven't received my order or a refund, despite multiple contact attempts. I feel thoroughly taken advantage of.

All my attempts to get in touch regarding my undelivered orders have been ignored due to their failure to include my full address. I haven't received what I paid for, nor have I been refunded. Despite numerous efforts to reach out, there has been no response. I feel completely cheated.

Waiting endlessly for shipping updates

I've been waiting for over a week for a shipping update. The shipping times are extremely slow, and I have received no response when trying to contact customer service. Additionally, the refund policy is inadequate, leaving me unable to get my money back.

A total scam

I placed an order on December 9, 2024, and received immediate confirmation that it was 'Pending Shipment.' A week later, with no updates, I contacted them via email, but got no response. After multiple messages and threats to escalate the issue, I still have no resolution. I will not be doing business with them again and advise others to avoid them as well.

Lack of customer support

Customer service is non-existent. I ordered products three weeks ago, and the website still shows 'awaiting shipping.' My calls go to voicemail, and my emails have gone unanswered. After finally reaching someone, I learned that one item was backordered, holding up my entire order. When I requested a refund, I was told it was against their policy. I'm now left without an estimated delivery date and no options.

Absolutely frustrating experience

This experience has been incredibly frustrating! I was unaware of out-of-stock items until after placing my order. Their website showed everything was available. Days later, my order status remained 'awaiting shipment.' After inquiring, I was told items were out of stock, and I was misled about being notified. They don't offer refunds and charged me for items they couldn't fulfill. This is a complete scam—stay away.

Just steer clear

The THC-P disposables are from a company that has been tested and found lacking in the exotic cannabinoids they claim to offer. Shipping is slow; even though I'm close to the shipper, it takes days. The products may work in a pinch, but there are better options available.

Misleading product quality

They are selling expired, low-quality D8 and labeling it as D9. The cannabis oil is consistently dark and weak, with low THC levels. This is not acceptable.
