Review Time
This is worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered my dress in January and was contacted by no one to let me know my dress would not be ready by the original date and I tried contacting them for days in the end of February to try and get an update and they finally responded 2 days later at 8:30 at night to tell me they have not even started my dress and it will not be ready until after the date I need it. Now my daughter has no prom dress. They made no attempt to fix it, make any accommodations. They told me they’ll give a discount next time I order from them. I will never order for them again and if you need your dress on time, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!
The company indicated a delivery date of October 2, but I never received my order. Homecoming has come and gone, so I filed a dispute with my bank. The item was shipped only after the bank intervened and issued a credit. They provided photos of the package being delivered, which led the bank to recharge me. However, they failed to inform the bank that the shipment occurred only after their involvement and after I no longer needed the dress. When I returned the package to the shipping service, I was told to send it back to the sender. The seller claimed that location wasn’t their receiving center, so I won’t receive a refund. They now have both the dress and my money. AVOID purchasing from this place. They are dishonest!

The company provided evidence of delivery to the bank, but it was only shipped after I no longer needed it. When I attempted to return it via FedEx, I was told to send it back, but the company claimed that was not their return center and refused to refund me. Now they have both the dress and my money. Avoid this place at all costs. FRAUDS!
